	Remove
1	Fully close side window of corresponding rear door.
2	Remove rear door module.		AR72.12-P-0103SG
3	Secure side window using collet against falling down.	Clamping pliers	Fig 1
4	Unlock emergency lock (2) of side window using suitable screwdriver and secure side window in this connection against falling down with aid of two helpers.	Due to the very high weight, side window must be held by two helpers. If side window lowers, ↓ lift side window and readjust collet.

5	Remove nuts (3).
6	Actuate emergency actuations at valve unit (Y70/1, Y70/2) and lower window lifter (1).	Nuts (4) must still be accessible.
7	Loosen nuts (4).
8	Lift window lifter (1) at rear and remove.
9	Additionally secure side window from underneath against falling down using suitable support.
	Install
10	Remove additional support for side window.
11	Insert window lifter (1) and position.
12	Actuate emergency actuations at valve unit (Y70/1, Y70/2) and raise window lifter by hand/until emergency lock (2) locks.	Two helpers are required. When lifting power window (1), ensure that the threaded pins of the side window and the holes in the power window (1) coincide.
13	Carefully lift window lifter (1) until window lifter (1) is in contact with lower edge of side window.	When lifting power window (1), ensure that the threaded pins of the side window and the holes in the power window (1) coincide.
14	Center window lifter (1) at side window in longitudinal direction.	Center power window (1) in relation to side window. Otherwise the window guides may be damaged.
15	Attach nuts (3) and slightly tighten up to contact surface.
16	Tighten nuts (3).	Nut, side window to power window/holder	*BA72.12-P-1007-01U
17	Attach nuts (4) and slightly tighten up to contact surface.
18	Remove collet; in this connection, secure side window against falling with aid of two helpers.	Due to the very high weight, side window must be held by two helpers.
19	Connect rear door control unit and door wiring harness.
20	Bleed hydraulic system of window lifter (1).		AR67.39-P-0013-02SG
21	Adjust height of rear door side window.		AR67.30-P-0016-01SG
22	Lower window lifter (1) via emergency actuation at valve unit (Y70/1, Y70/2).
23	Tighten nuts (4).	Nut to power window/holder	*BA72.12-P-1006-01U
24	Spray nuts (4) and thread with wax.	Wax for engine compartment (400 ml spray can)	*BR00.45-Z-1018-05A
	Check
25	Carefully raise and lower window lifter (1) at rear door.	Ensure window lifter (1) runs correctly and smoothly, otherwise center window lifter (1) again.
	Install
26	Remove door wiring harness with rear door control unit.
27	Install rear door module.		AR72.12-P-0103SG
