Remove bleed screw (3) and fill up expansion reservoir (4) with oil to halfway.
Actuate emergency actuation (raise) (1) on valve unit (Y69/1, Y69/2, Y70/1, Y70/2) and close side window completely.
Actuate emergency actuation (lower) (2) on valve unit (Y69/1, Y69/2, Y70/1, Y70/2) and keep pressed until side window has moved into catch of window lifter.
Actuate emergency actuation (raise) (1) on valve unit (Y69/1, Y69/2, Y70/1, Y70/2) and keep pressed, at the same time briefly actuate emergency actuation (lower) (2) on valve unit (Y69/1, Y69/2, Y70/1, Y70/2) several times.
LU Collect escaping oil in a suitable vessel.

By briefly pressing emergency actuation (lower) (2) several times on valve unit (Y69/1, Y69/2, Y70/1, Y70/2), the oil is delivered from the pressure reservoir into the expansion reservoir (4) and the hydraulic system is bled.

The venting process must be repeated until oil foam can no longer be seen in expansion reservoir (4).
Actuate emergency actuation (lower) (2) on valve unit (Y69/1, Y69/2, Y70/1, Y70/2) and open side window completely.
The oil level must be in the lower area (arrow B) when the side window is closed.

If oil level is not in lower area (arrow B):

Correct oil level.

Disconnect electrical connector of window lifter and actuate emergency actuation (raise) (1) and emergency actuation (lower) (2) simultaneously for 3 s.
The oil level must be in the upper area (arrow A) when the side window is closed.

If oil level is not in upper area (arrow A):

Correct oil level.
