	Remove/install
1	Move driver's seat and front passenger seat to foremost position.
2	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).
3	Remove stowage box at top in rear.		AR68.20-P-0007S
4	Remove refrigerator box.	Model 223 with code 224 (Individual rear seats) with code 308 (Refrigerated compartment in rear passenger compartment) with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)	AR86.61-P-1010SG
5	Remove seat backrests in the rear passenger compartment.	Model 223 with code 223 (Electric backrest adjustment and head restraints) with code 224 (Individual rear seats)	AR91.12-P-1713SA
6	Open armrest of front center console, unclip cover (2) and remove screw (3).
7	Disconnect electrical connectors at USB port in rear.		AR82.60-P-1034SA
8	Disconnect electrical connectors at multimedia connection unit in rear.		AR82.60-P-1043S
9	Open left and right flap (4) at rear center console (1) and remove screws (5).	Long wedge	Fig 1
10	Remove screws (6).
11	Slightly lift rear center console (1) and disconnect electrical connectors.	The number of electrical connectors can vary depending on the equipment variant.
12	Guide out rear center console (1) and remove from vehicle.	Aid of helper required.
13	Remove folding table.	When replacing the rear center console (1).
		Model 223 with code 224 (Individual rear seats) with code 449 (Folding table in the rear, left and right)	AR68.20-P-8305S
14	Remove USB port in rear passenger compartment.	When replacing the rear center console (1).
			AR82.60-P-1034SA
15	Remove multimedia connection unit in rear passenger compartment.	When replacing the rear center console (1).
			AR82.60-P-1043S
16	Remove control unit for mobile phone cradle in rear passenger compartment.	When replacing the rear center console (1).
		Model 223 with code 224 (Individual rear seats) with code 898 (Wireless telephone charging in rear passenger compartment) except code 326 (Premium rear armrest)	AR82.70-P-0017S
17	Remove tablet cradle.	When replacing the rear center console (1).
		Model 223 with code 224 (Individual rear seats) with code 447 (Touchscreen in rear)	AR82.80-P-0001S
18	Install in the reverse order.
