Notice	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).
2.1	Remove rear center console.	Model 223 with code 224 (Individual rear seats)
			AR68.20-P-2020S
2.2	Remove air conditioning control panel in rear passenger compartment.	Model 223 with code 582 (Air conditioning, rear) except code 224 (Individual rear seats)
			AR83.30-P-6640S
3	Move driver and front passenger seat as far back as possible.
4	Remove stowage compartment in front center console (1).		AR68.20-P-0901SA
5	Release and disconnect electrical connectors (2) of heated armrest.	Model 223 with code 906 (Front armrest heater)
6	Unscrew screw (5).
7	Remove screws (6).
8	Remove bolts (4).
9	Release and disconnect electrical connectors and expose electrical wiring harness on center console (1).	The number of electrical connectors can vary depending on the equipment variant.

10	Lift center console (1) at the rear, pull it backwards slightly and remove it from the vehicle.	Aid of helper required.
11	Install in the reverse order.
