	Remove/install
1	Remove brake booster vacuum sensor.		AR43.10-P-0352S
		Do not install the cover over the brake fluid reservoir (1) until the brake system has been bled.
	Clean
2	Clean area around cap on brake fluid reservoir (1).	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
3	Clean master brake cylinder (2) and traction system hydraulic unit (4) in area of connections of brake lines (3).	Before opening the hydraulic system, thoroughly clean the area around the connections. Otherwise minute particles of dirt in the hydraulic components can result in malfunctions and total failure of the hydraulic system. Only use clean, lint free rags and cleaner free of mineral oil. Do not use any compressed-air for cleaning when the brake system is open.

4	Remove cap of brake fluid reservoir (1) and extract brake fluid.
5	Remove brake lines (3) from master brake cylinder (2) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.	Retaining screw, brake line to master brake cylinder	*BA42.10-P-1002-04R

6	Detach brake lines (3) from traction system hydraulic unit (4) and rotate to one side.	Retaining screw, brake line to hydraulic unit	*BA42.10-P-1001-04R

7	Disconnect electrical connector (5) from brake fluid level switch.
8	Remove brake pedal.		AR29.10-P-0300S
9	Remove brake booster (6).
	Check
10	Check boot of brake booster (6) for damage.	If removed brake booster (6) is to be reinstalled. If there is a problem, ↓ replace brake booster (6).
11	Check brake lines (3) for deformation.	If there is a problem, ↓ replace brake lines (3).

12	Remove master brake cylinder (2) from brake booster (6).	When replacing brake booster (6).

13	Install in the reverse order.
14	Bleed brake system.		AR42.10-P-0010S
	Check
15	Perform brake test on test stand.
