	Remove/install
1	Remove trim at bottom for instrument panel on driver's side.		AR68.10-P-1501S
2	Disconnect electrical connector (1).
3	Remove bolt (2).
4	Unscrew screw (3) and remove nuts (4).	Screw/nut, break pedal assembly to firewall	*BA29.10-P-1001-02M
5	Carefully push holder (5) with push rod (6) forward and move out of pedal assembly (7).	When doing so, the brake booster must be held in position by a second person. Otherwise the brake lines could get damaged.
6	Release crossmember of instrument panel and pull toward rear slightly.	Model 223 with code 445 (Head-up display with augmented reality.) except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) Do not remove the electrical wiring harness from the crossmember of the instrument panel. The crossmember remains in the vehicle	AR68.10-P-1120S
7	Extend pedal assembly (7) and remove.
8	Install in the reverse order.
