Remove/Install Brake Booster Vacuum Sensor - AR43.10-P-0352S

Model 223 

except code 200 (Conditionally automated driving)

WARNING Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m).    
2 Operate brake pedal several times. IMPORTANT This reduces the vacuum in the brake booster (1).  
3 Release fuse and relay module in engine compartment and place to one side with housing.   AR54.15-P-0005S
4 Disconnect electrical connector from dual brake vacuum sensor (B150/2).    
5 Remove dual brake vacuum sensor (B150/2) from brake booster (1).    
6 Install in the reverse order    
INSPECT Check     
7 Start engine and depress brake pedal several times.    
8 Switch off engine.    
9 Check leak tightness of dual brake vacuum sensor (B150/2). IMPORTANT Air flow noises must not be audible at the brake booster (1).
