	Remove/install
1	Turn steering wheel (1) to center position.	The front wheels must be in the straight-ahead position.
2	Remove airbag from steering wheel (1).	Model 447, 448 with code XM7 (MOPF II)	AR91.60-S-0663E
		Model 447, 448 except code XM7 (MOPF II)	AR91.60-S-0660E
3	Release and disconnect electrical connector (2).
4	Remove center bolt (3).

	Service Information: Markings on steering shaft	Model 447.### #3 as of 986293 up to 989162 Model 447.### #4 as of 101677 up to 105311 Counterhold steering wheel (1). Aid of helper required.	SI46.10-S-0014A
		Screw/bolt, steering wheel to steering shaft	*BA46.10-Z-1001-05KOM
5	Remove steering wheel (1).
	Service Information: Markings on steering shaft	Model 447.### #3 as of 986293 up to 989162 Model 447.### #4 as of 101677 up to 105311 To do so, remove steering wheel (1) from steering shaft. Assign marking at serrations on steering wheel (1) to marking on steering shaft.	SI46.10-S-0014A
6	Install in reverse order.
	Check
7	Perform function test of horns.
8	Perform function test of turn signal cancellation.
9	Perform function test of buttons in steering wheel (1).
10	Perform function test on vibration motor of steering wheel (1) using diagnostic system.	Model 447, 448 with code JB4 (Active lane keeping Assist) Model 447, 448 with code JW5 (Lane keeping assist) If steering wheel (1) was replaced.
		To do so, select following menu items: Diagnosis → Control units → MFL steering wheel shift buttons (N135) → M99 (Steering wheel vibration motor) → Actuations → Carry out actuation. Then remove diagnostic system.	AD00.00-S-2000-04E
