	Remove
1	Release parking brake.
2	Raise vehicle.		AR00.60-S-1000E
3.1	Unscrew one wheel bolt from each rear wheel.	Model 447.6/7 with code RS3 (Steel wheels 6.5 J x 16), model 447.6/7 with code RS7 (Steel wheels 6.5 J x 17)
3.2	Remove rear wheels.	Model 447.6/7 except code RS3 (Steel wheels 6.5 J x 16) except code RS7 (Steel wheels 6.5 J x 17) Model 448.7	AR40.10-S-1100E
4	Remove left center and rear center underfloor paneling.	Model 447.6/7 with engine 654.9 with code CU4 (Aerodynamics package)	AR61.30-S-1001E
5	Loosen counternut of cable slack adjuster adjusting nut (1) a few turns.	If installed.
	Adjust
6	Loosen cable slack adjuster adjusting nut (1).
7	Adjust parking brake.	Turn the adjustment wheel (105a) far enough until the rear wheel or the brake disk (61) locks. Then turn the adjustment wheel (105a) by 9 teeth in the opposite direction. The overrunning clutch must be guaranteed in the process. If necessary, ↓ turn the rear wheel or brake disk (61) slightly until the adjustment wheel (105a) is accessible through the threaded hole.
8	Adjust rear brake cables.		AR42.20-S-0540-01E
	000 588 32 21 00 Roller brake test stand		WS42.00-P-0116B
		Force on parking brake pedal at first notch	*BE42.20-Z-1003-01KOB
9	Tighten counternut of cable slack adjuster adjusting nut (1) again.	If installed.
	Install
10.1	Screw in wheel bolts and tighten.	Model 447.6/7 with code RS3 (Steel wheels 6.5 J x 16), model 447.6/7 with code RS7 (Steel wheels 6.5 J x 17) Steel rim wheel bolt	*BA40.10-Z-1001-01KOH
10.2	Attach rear wheels.	Model 447.6/7 except code RS3 (Steel wheels 6.5 J x 16) except code RS7 (Steel wheels 6.5 J x 17), model 448.7	AR40.10-S-1100E
	Check
11	Check that the parking brake is functioning correctly.
		If it is functioning incorrectly, ↓ repeat the adjustment procedure.	AP42.00-S-4290E
12	Install left center and rear center underfloor paneling.	Model 447.6/7 with engine 654.9 with code CU4 (Aerodynamics package)	AR61.30-S-1001E
