	Remove
1	Connect diagnostic system and move parking brake to assembly position
		To do so, follow the procedure in the menu "Electric parking brake (EPB [EFB]) control unit".	AD00.00-S-2000-04E
2	Raise vehicle		AR00.60-S-1000E
3.1	Remove one wheel bolt from each rear wheel	Model 447.8 with code RS3 (Steel wheels 6.5 J x 16), model 447.8 with code B25 (Electric parking brake) with code RS7 (Steel wheels 6.5 J x 17)
3.2	Remove rear wheels	Model 447.8 except code RS3 (steel wheels 6.5 J x 16) except code RS7 (steel wheels 6.5 J x 17), model 448.8	AR40.10-S-1100E
	Adjust
4	Adjust parking brake	Turn the adjustment wheel (105a) until the wheel or the brake disk (61) locks. Then turn the adjustment wheel (105a) by 7 teeth in the opposite direction. The overrunning clutch must be guaranteed in the process. If necessary ↓ Turn the wheel or brake disk (61) slightly until the adjustment wheel (105a) is accessible through the threaded hole.
	Install
5.1	Screw in wheel bolts and tighten	Model 447.8 with code RS3 (Steel wheels 6.5 J x 16), model 447.8 with code RS7 (Steel wheels 6.5 J x 17) Steel rim wheel bolt	*BA40.10-Z-1001-01KOH
5.2	Attach rear wheels	Model 447.8 except code RS3 (steel wheels 6.5 J x 16) except code RS7 (steel wheels 6.5 J x 17), model 448.8	AR40.10-S-1100E
6	Deactivate assembly position of parking brake using diagnostic system	To do so, follow the procedure in the menu "Electric parking brake (EPB [EFB]) control unit".
7	Run teach-in and brake break-in procedures for electric parking brake using diagnostic system	When replacing brake disks (61) or brake shoes of parking brake.

8	Detach diagnostic system
	Check
9	Check that the parking brake is functioning correctly
