	Remove
1	Remove wheels.
			AR40.10-S-1100E
	Check
2	Check brake disks (1) on front and rear axle for score marks and cracks.	Cracks can occur due to high stress. Brake disks (1) must be replaced for a crack length (x) > 25 mm, gaping cracks or score marks deeper than 0.5 mm or pitted corrosion or deeply contoured ridging at the outer edge. At the brake disks (1), if gaping cracks, score marks deeper than 0.5 mm, pitted corrosion or deeply contoured ridging are present at the outer edge, ↓ replace brake disks (1) per axle.
		Remove/install front axle brake disk	AR42.10-S-0230E
		Remove/install rear axle brake disk After obtaining special order.	AR42.10-S-0240E
	Measure
3	Measure thickness of brake disks on front and rear axles using vernier caliper (010).	Brake disk thickness	*BE42.10-Z-1001-08KOH
		Brake disk thickness	*BE42.10-Z-1001-09KOB
		Caliper gauge If the wear limit has been exceeded or will be exceeded before the next brake pad change, ↓ replace brake disks (1) per axle.	Fig 1

	Install
4	Attach wheels.
