	Remove/install
1	Remove right or left rear side paneling in rear	Model 447.6 Model 447.7 except code V23 (Interior trim, premium version)	AR68.30-S-1180E
		Model 447.7, 448.7 with code V23 (Interior trim, premium version) Model 447.8, 448.8	AR68.30-S-4780E
		Model 447.8 with code ZK7 (Equipment line MARCO POLO)	AR68.30-S-1207E
2	Remove onboard tools carrier	When removing guide rail (4) on right sliding door. Model 447 with code RR6 (Spare wheel with vehicle jack) or with code Y36 (Vehicle jack), model 448	AR68.30-S-5020E
3	Remove center carriage	Secure sliding door against falling down. Otherwise the sliding door can be damaged.	AR72.16-S-2230E
4	Remove guide pulley housing on guide rail	Model 447.7/8, 448.8 with code T56 (Electric operation of sliding door on left) Model 447.7/8, 448 with code T55 (Electric operation of sliding door on right)	AR72.16-S-7820E
5	Unscrew nuts (1)	Nut, sliding door guide rail to sidewall	*BA72.16-Z-1016-01KOJ
6	Unscrew nut (2)	Model 447.7/8, 448.8 with code T56 (Electric operation of sliding door on left) Model 447.7/8, 448 with code T55 (Electric operation of sliding door on right) Nut, drive unit to sidewall	*BA72.16-Z-1017-01KOJ
7	Unscrew screw/bolt (3)
8	Remove bolt (5)	Model 447.6 Model 447.7/8, 448.7 except code T55 (Electric operation of sliding door on right) except code T56 (Electric operation of sliding door on left)
9	Remove guide rail (4)
10	Install in the reverse order.
	Adjust
11	Adjust sliding door		AR72.16-S-1023E
	Check
12	Check sliding door for proper function
