| 3 | Remove screw/bolt (2). | ||

| 12 | Unclip center A-pillar trim (10) from the driver's side starting from the top and remove. | Fig 2 | |
| 13 | Remove screws (11). | ||

| 16 | Remove exterior lighting switch group and electric parking brake (S1/2). | AR54.25-P-3270ME | |

| 22 | Release center console until the instrument panel (1) can be pulled out toward the rear. | AR68.20-P-2000ME | |
| 23 | Pull out instrument panel (1) toward the rear until the remaining electric lines are accessible. | Do not crush or kink or subject electric lines to tension. This will result in damage to the electric lines and can impair their function. |
