Remove/Install Front Door - AR72.10-P-0500FR

	Remove/install
1	Fully lower front door side window (1).
2	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).
3	Mask off fender (2) and front door (1) in area of hatched area with fabric tape.
4	Disconnect electrical connector of driver's door (X35/1) or electrical connector of front passenger door (X35/2).
5	Remove cover of grub screw (5).
6	Unscrew grub screws (5, 6) of hinges (3, 4) by 3 turns.	Repair paint damage in area of grub screws (5, 6).

7	Remove front door (1) from lower hinge leaves and set down on a suitable base.	Carefully handle front door (1). Otherwise paint damage can occur.
		Helper required.
		The exterior contour of the hinge bolt (4.1) should be flush with the inside contour of the bolt mount (4.2).
8	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
9	Check gap dimensions of front door (1), adjust if necessary.	Driver's door	AR72.10-P-0551FR

10	Normalize window lifter of front door (1).
11	Check adjustment of front door side window (1), adjust if necessary.		AR67.30-P-0100FR
