	Remove
1	Remove integrated starter alternator (A79).		AR15.40-P-0003MSC
2	Remove oil pan bottom section.		AR01.45-P-7555MSC
3	Remove cylinder head.		AR01.30-P-5800MSC
4	Remove screws (3, 4) contrary to the tightening procedure.	Bolt plan for timing case cover Pay attention to different lengths of screws.	AR01.40-P-8000-01MTR
5	Remove timing case cover (1).	During removal process, do not drive in any tool between timing case cover (1) and crankcase (2). Sealing surfaces will otherwise be damaged. Mounting wedge	Fig 1
6	Remove radial shaft sealing ring (6).		AR03.20-P-3003MSC
	Clean
7	Clean sealing surfaces on the timing case cover (1), crankcase (2), and oil pan (5).	Do not use any sharp-edged tools or abrasive paper. The sealing surfaces will otherwise be damaged. Loctite 7200	*BR00.45-Z-1038-04A

	Install
8	Install timing case cover (1). Notes on sealant path for timing case cover	Observe notes on sealant path. Leaks can occur otherwise. Apply sealing compound to the timing case cover (1). 	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. 14	Carry out engine test run and check engine for proper leaktightness and leaktightness.
