General information:
- The sealing surface must be:
- Free of anticorrosion agents
- Free of machining residue
- Dry
- Oil and grease-free
- Dust-free
- The sealing surface must be flat (replace bent components).
- The line (A) identifies the sealant run.
- The sealant bead (A) must NOT be interrupted during application.
- The sealant bead (A) must NOT be spread.
- Assembly part temperature: min. +7°C to max. +25°C
- Sealant temperature: min. +7°C to max. +25°C
- Maximum assembly time: 13 minutes
- The sealant may only be applied to the specified surfaces in the form of a bead with a height and width of 1.5 mm (+1.0 mm).
- Nozzle diameter: 1.5 mm
