| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 2 | Remove cover above brake fluid expansion reservoir. | ||

| 4 | Remove cap from brake fluid expansion reservoir and extract some brake fluid. | ||

| 6 | Unhook brake hose from holder (arrow A). | ||
| 7 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (2) of right front brake pad wear sensor (S10/2). | On the right side of the vehicle. | |
| 8 | Remove screw (3) and place plug housing (4) to one side. | On the right side of the vehicle. | |
| 9 | Remove lower screw (5). | ||
| 10 | Swivel brake caliper (6) upwards and secure against folding over. | ||
| 11 | Remove brake pads (1) from brake caliper support (7). | ||
| 12 | Remove sliding plates (8). | ||

| 13 | Check brake pads (1) for wear and condition. | ||

| 25 | Connect and lock electrical connector (2) of front right brake pad wear sensor (S10/2). | On the right side of the vehicle. | |
