	Remove/install
1	Drain air conditioning system	Engine 176 in model 463 as of model year 2016 up to model year 2019 Engine 642.887 in model 463 as of model year 2016 up to model year 2019	AR83.30-P-1760GW
2	Drain off coolant		AR20.00-P-1142MNF
3	Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit	Engine 176 in model 463 up to model year 2019 Engine 642.887 in model 463	AR09.41-P-6834MNF
4	Remove mounting clips (1) on cooler (2)
	Remove fan unit		AR20.40-P-5050MNF
6	Unclip cable for engine hood opening at right engine hood catch and place cable to one side
7	Detach coolant hose (3) on cooler (2)
8	Detach coolant hose (4) on cooler (2)
9	Detach bleed hose (5) at cooler (2)	Hose clamp pliers	Fig 2
10	Detach coolant hose at connecting point (6) on cooler for low-temperature water circuit (7)	Hose clamp pliers	Fig 2
11	Unscrew nuts (8, 9) and detach refrigerant lines (10, 11) on condenser (12) and place to one side	Install new sealing rings.
		Line, condenser to fluid reservoir	*BA83.30-P-1004-01C
		Line, compressor to condenser	*BA83.30-P-1003-01C
12	Remove complete radiator package upwards	The radiator package consists of a cooler (2), cooler for low-temperature water circuit (7) and condenser (12). Ensure correct seating of the radiator package.
13	Remove screws/bolts (13)
14	Remove cooler (2) from low-temperature circuit cooler (7)
15	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
16	Perform an engine test run and check engine cooling system for proper operation
