	Remove/install
1	Shift transmission (1) into neutral position and release parking brake.
2	Secure vehicle on vehicle lift.		AR00.60-P-0100CW
3	Disconnect the ground line for the on-board electrical system battery (G1).		AR54.10-P-0003LW
4	Remove bottom engine compartment paneling.
5	Remove bracket (10).	Nut, bracket to transmission	*BA49.10-P-1004-02E
		Bolt, exhaust system bracket to transmission	*BA49.10-P-1009-02E
6	Release and disconnect electrical connector from electrical auxiliary oil pump, and unclip electric line from transmission (1).		AR27.30-P-0651LW
		Ensure that the electric line is routed and mounted correctly.
7	Release and disconnect electrical connector from intelligent servo module for DIRECT SELECT, and expose electric line.		AR27.19-P-0550LWA
		Ensure that the electric line is routed and mounted correctly.
8	Remove heat shield (9) above electrical connector of electric controller unit.	Bolt, heat shield to transmission housing	*BA27.40-P-1014-01A
9	Release and disconnect electrical connector of electric controller unit from transmission (1).
10	Release and disconnect electrical connector from exhaust system, and unclip electric line (11) up to transmission (1).
11	Remove ground line (3) from transmission (1).	Bolt, ground line to transmission housing	*BA27.40-P-1013-01A
12	Detach oil lines from transmission (1), and remove oil pan and place to one side.		AR27.55-P-0600MNA
13	Support transmission (1) and secure to prevent it from falling down.

		Under no circumstances should impact wrenches/drivers or pneumatic tools be used to remove or screw in screws/bolts. Otherwise, the threads will be damaged.

16	Detach start-off clutch (6) from drive plate and pry off from drive plate evenly using long wedge.	Only turn engine at the center bolt of the crankshaft in the direction of engine rotation using the specified box wrench. Otherwise, damage to the engine or even failure of the engine may occur. Replace the screws/bolts of the start-up clutch (6).

17	Unscrew screws and remove transmission (1) downward.	Secure the start-up clutch (6) to prevent it from falling down. Otherwise damage will occur. Align the holes of the start-up clutch (6) with the threaded unions in the drive plate.

18	Remove start-off clutch (6) with grab handles.	If necessary.
