	Remove/install
1	Remove camshaft positioners.		AR05.20-P-7204MNA
2.1	Remove coolant pump.	When removing the right timing chain (1).	AR20.10-P-1271MNA
2.2	Remove shutoff valve.	When removing the left timing chain (2).	AR20.00-P-0300MNA
3	Remove the crankcase cover from the crankcase.	When removing the left timing chain (2).
		The crankcase cover is located in front of the gearwheel (6).
		Replace O-ring. Screw/bolt, firewall cover to crankcase	*BA01.40-P-1003-01ZA
4	Remove the left timing chain (2)/right timing chain (1) from the gearwheel (5)/gearwheel (6).	Ensure correct seating of the timing chains (1, 2) on gears (5, 6). This will otherwise lead to the engine damage.
5	Remove the left timing chain (2)/right timing chain (1).
6	Check the left timing chain (2)/right timing chain (1) for damage and elongation.	If one timing chain is damaged (stretched), all the timing chains must always be replaced. Engine damage can occur otherwise. If there are problems,
		↓ Replace the left timing chain (2), right timing chain (1) and primary timing chain.	AR05.10-P-7613MNA
7	Install in the reverse order.
8	Check engine oil level and correct if necessary.

	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. 9	Perform engine test run. While doing so, check engine for proper operation and leak tightness
