	Remove/install
1	Remove secondary chain drive timing chain (8).		AR05.10-P-7614MNA
2	Remove belt pulley/vibration damper.		AR03.30-P-1600MNA
3	Remove oil pump.		AR18.10-P-6020MNA
4	Remove oil pump chain.		AR18.10-P-2145MNA
5	Unscrew primary chain drive chain tensioner (4).	Replace sealing ring. Chain tensioner at bottom to crankcase	*BA05.10-P-1001-01V
6	Remove tensioning rail (5).		AR05.10-P-8130MNA
7	Remove slide rails (6, 7).		AR05.10-P-8482MNA
8	Remove primary chain drive timing chain (1) from gearwheels (2, 3) and on crankshaft toothed chain drive.	: Ensure correct seating of the primary chain drive timing chain (1) on gears (2, 3) and on crankshaft toothed chain drive. This will otherwise lead to the engine damage.
9	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
10	Check engine oil level and correct if necessary.

	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
11	Perform engine test run and check engine in terms of leak tightness while engine is running
