1	Drain off coolant	Engine 176 in model 463 up to model year 2019	AR20.00-P-1142MNF
		Engine 177 in model 205	AR20.00-P-1142LW
2	Remove left charge air cooler	Engine 176 in model 463 up to model year 2019	AR09.41-P-6827MNF

3	Disconnect electrical connection (1)
4	Detach refrigerant line (2) at bracket (3)	Engine 177.### ## up to 081179 in model 205
5	Unclip engine wiring harness (4) at holder (3)	Engine 177.### ## up to 081179 in model 205
6	Remove screws (5) and place holder (3) to one side	Engine 176 in model 463 up to model year 2019 Engine 177.### ## up to 081179 in model 205
		Bolt, lower charge air cooler bracket to thermostat/crankcase	*BA09.41-P-1007-01X
7	Remove screw/bolt (6) from bracket of coolant line (7)
8	Open connector (8)		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
9	Unscrew screw/bolts (9)	Screw, shutoff valve to crankcase/cylinder head	*BA20.10-P-1006-01ZA
10	Detach shutoff valve (10) from coolant line (7)	Install new sealing rings.
11	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12	Perform an engine test run and check engine for proper function
