3	Detach right front footrest and fold backwards	Do not disconnect electrical lines from control units.

13	Install glove box	The connecting cable (2) must be routed into the front passenger footwell when installing the glove box. It is connected at a later stage to the Universal Media Interface control unit (1).

16	Connect Star Diagnosis
17	Perform variant coding with XENTRY using the software calibration number (SCN)	Log in navigation by entering 3-digit code "56o" into instrument cluster. Make sure here that the third digit must be the letter "o" for Oscar. For vehicles without code (518) Media Interface, perform the variant coding manually. The "UCI" parameter in the Universal Media Interface must be set to "not installed".
18	Disconnect Star Diagnosis
19	Run function check on Universal Media Interface	The AUX connection electrical connector that is installed as standard no longer works. The information on the Universal Media Interface is displayed through the instrument cluster.
20	Document retrofitted equipment via vehicle documentation (VeDoc)	Attach "Universal Media Interface (Navigation 20) retrofitted as per AZ82.85-P-0004W" note under field organization text to design group 82.
