	Risk of injury  due to fan starting unexpectedly	Do not reach into the rotation or hazard area of the fan. Wear closed and close-fitting work clothes.	AS20.40-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min.2 m).
2	Remove upper engine cover (2).	Model 213 with engine 654	AR01.10-P-2405OLC
3	Remove engine air intake duct (3).
4	Remove coolant line (9) from fan unit (1)	Model 213.050 with Engine 274.9
5	Remove coolant lines (10) from fan unit (1)	Model 213.011/016/211/216 with engine 654
6	Release and disconnect electrical connector of fan unit (1).
7	Unclip electric line from fan unit (1).	Dismantling tool	Fig 2
8	Remove radiator crossmember (6).		AR62.30-P-2300LWA
9	Remove oil cooler (7) from fan unit (1) and put it to one side with connected lines	Model 213 with Engine 274 with transmission 725.0 Model 213 with engine 642 with transmission 725.0

10	Remove switchover valve (8) with holder from cooler unit and place to one side with lines connected.	Model 213.011/016/211/216 with engine 654 Model 213.050 with Engine 274.9
11	Remove lower center and front engine compartment lining.		AR61.20-P-1105LWE
		Do not install center and lower front engine compartment lining until after leak test.
12	Unclip top cold air guide from fan unit (1).
13	Slowly open cap of coolant expansion reservoir and relieve pressure in engine cooling system
14	Close the coolant expansion reservoir cap
15	Remove shutoff valve (11) with holder from fan unit (1) and place to one side with lines connected.	Model 213.011/016/211/216 with engine 654
16	Remove cooler vent line, catch escaping coolant using a suitable container and close off openings using suitable stop plugs		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ

17	Remove fan unit (1) from radiator mount and pull out upwards
18	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
19	Check engine cooling system for leak tightness.		AR20.00-P-1011OLC
