Remove/Install Poly-V Belt - Ar13.22-D-1202TSV

	Remove
1	Remove fan shroud with fan		AR20.40-D-6800TSV
2	Loosen the poly-V belt (1)		AR13.22-D-3902-05TSV
	Pin for locking poly-V belt tensioning device		WF58.50-S-1325-02S
3	Remove the poly-V belt (1)
	Check
4	Check profiles of belt pulleys and poly-V-belt guide pulleys as well as tensioning device (2) for damage and contamination	If damage and/or contamination are present, ↓ Replace affected components.
5	Check poly-V-belt (1) for wear and damage	If wear or damage are present, ↓ Replace poly-V-belt (1).	AR13.22-D-1351TSR
	Install
6	Install poly-V-belt (1) as per routing diagram		AR13.22-D-3902-02TSV
		Ensure poly-V-belt (1) is correctly seated on belt pulleys, tensioner pulley of tensioning device (2) and poly-V-belt guide pulleys. This prevents damage. Belt pulleys, tensioner pulley of tensioning device (2) and poly-V-belt guide pulleys must be clean and free of grease. This prevents damage and malfunctions. Do not use belt wax or similar products. This avoids malfunctions.
7	Tension poly-V belt (1)		AR13.22-D-3902-05TSV
	Pin for locking poly-V belt tensioning device		WF58.50-S-1325-02S
8	Install fan shroud with fan		AR20.40-D-6800TSV
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9	Check for correct running of poly-V-belt (1) when the engine is running	Visual inspection only.
