Slacken 

1. Lock clamping device (1) with pin (3).

   To do this, press clamping device (1) on 12-point collar nut (2) in the direction of the arrow until the pin (3) can be inserted into the locking bore as shown.

   Tensioning 

2. Press clamping device (1) on 12-point collar nut (2) in the direction of the arrow, remove pin (3) and carefully tension the poly-V-belt (4).

   Check 

3. Check installation position of the poly-V-belt (4) on guide pulleys, tensioner pulley of clamping device (1), and belt pulleys.

   If the installation position is incorrect,

   ↓

   loosen poly-V-belt (4) and refit it.
