DANGER Risk of fire  due to ignition of R1234yf refrigerant on hot components. Risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling overheated refrigerant vapors. Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by contact with escaped R1234y refrigerant and when working on pressurized parts. Risk of explosion  due to formation of ignitable refrigerant/air mixtures Never perform welding work on or near a closed air conditioning system. No smoking or open flames. Wear safety glasses and protective gloves. Work only in well ventilated rooms. Carry out repair work on the air conditioning system circuit only after the system has been evacuated. Model 217

5 Secure retaining frame (1) against falling down

6 Release catch springs (2) and pull condenser (3) forward slightly in bottom area INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure condenser (3) is correctly seated.  
7 Disconnect electrical connector (6) from refrigerant pressure sensor (B12)    
8 Remove refrigerant pressure sensor (B12)    
  Note on calculation of tightening torque when using insertion or socket tools with various effective lengths INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Replace sealing ring on refrigerant pressure sensor (B12). AH00.00-P-0015-01CW
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Refrigerant pressure sensor to condenser *BA83.30-P-1019-01P 
    SPECIAL TOOL Box wrench bit SW 27 mm Fig 2
9 Install in the reverse order
