Remove/Install Engine Oil Spray Nozzles (Pistons) - AR18.00-P-4000MRI

	Remove/install
1	Remove oil pump.		AR18.10-P-6020MRI
2	Remove balance shaft housing.	Engine 264 in model 253 Engine 264.920 in model 205	AR03.20-P-1105MRI
3	Remove front oil deflector.	Screw/bolt, oil deflector to crankcase	*BA18.10-P-1005-01W
4	Remove screws (2), remove oil spray nozzles (1) and seal openings using suitable stop plugs.	It must be possible to immerse the oil spray nozzles (1) in the cutouts of the piston crowns. The oil spray nozzles may otherwise be damaged (1). Twist the crankshaft if necessary for better accessibility.

5	Check the oil ducts for dirt and, if necessary, blow them out with compressed air.
6	Install in the reverse order.
