	Remove/install
1	Open hood.		AR88.40-P-1000RG
2.1	Remove upper Engine cover.	Engine 178 in model 190 (except 190.381)
2.2	Remove Engine cover.	Engine 178.9 in model 190.381 with code M032 (Black Series version)
			AP01.10-P-2405-01GT
3	Slowly open cap of low temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1) and remove.	The coolant temperature should be approx. 40°C.
4	Suction off the coolant out of the low temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1).	Collect coolant in a suitable container.

5	Remove bleed line (3) at low temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1).		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
6	Remove screws (2).	Engine 178 in model 190 (except 190.381)
7	Remove coolant hose at low temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1).	Engine 178.9 in model 190.381	AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ

8.1	Remove low temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1) in upward direction.	Engine 178 in model 190 (except 190.381)
8.2	Release low temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1) by turning it to the left and remove in upward direction.	Engine 178.9 in model 190.381
9	Install in the reverse order.
	Check

11	Check low temperature circuit for leak tightness.		AR09.41-P-1011MNB
	Risk of burn injuries  , suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust. 	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when Engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the Engine while it is being started or when it is running. 12	Perform Engine test run, checking cooling system for proper operation and leaks while doing so.
