	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood and position upright.		AR88.40-P-1000RG
2	Drain off low-temperature circuit coolant.		AR20.00-P-1144MNJ
		: Install front section of the bottom engine compartment lining only after the leak test.
3	Remove fan unit.		AR20.40-P-5050MNJ
4	Remove bleed line (2) from cooler unit (1).		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
5	Remove hydraulic lines (3) from cooler unit (1).	Screw, oil line holder to cooler unit	*BA20.20-P-1017-01Q
6	Unclip the oil cooler (5) - with the lines still connected - from the cooler unit (1).		AR46.25-P-3020RGB
7	Remove coolant hoses (6) from cooler unit (1).		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
8	Remove screws (7) and remove cooler unit (1) in upward direction.	: Ensure lower elastomer bearings of radiator unit (1) are seated centrally. Wet lower elastomer bearings of radiator unit (1) with lubricant.
		Aid of helper required.

		Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
	Check
9	Check radiator unit (1) for damage.	If damage is present: ↓ Replace corresponding component.
10	Check lower elastomer bearings of cooler unit (1) for wear and damage.	If damage is present: ↓ Replace lower elastomer bearings.
11	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
	Risk of burn injuries  , suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.	Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the danger zone.	AS49.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12	Carry out engine test run; in doing so, check cooler unit (1) for proper operation and leak tightness.
