| 3 | Open the soft top until the front bolts (8) and the pin lock (7) are accessible | ||
| 4 | Secure corrugated washer on front bolt (8) from falling down. | ||
| 5 | Detach the pin lock (7) and remove the front bolt (8) | ||
| 6 | Close soft top Aid of helper required. | ||
| 7 | Secure spacer sleeves on rear bolt (2) from falling down. | ||
| 8 | Detach the pin lock (3) and remove the rear bolt (2) | ||
| 9 | Remove the covers above the soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1) | ||
| 10 | Remove cable ties (6) | ||
| 11 | Move the soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1) out of the main bearing until both retaining clamps (4) are accessible | Otherwise, hydraulic lines (5) can be damaged. |

| 12 | Move the retaining clamps (4) on the soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1) with a suitable tool and remove the hydraulic lines (5) from the soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1) | Otherwise the hydraulic lines (5) can be damaged. |

| 13 | Close exposed connections with a stop plug and place on a suitable device | To prevent contamination. |

| 15 | Insert the soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1) until the hydraulic lines (5) can be connected to the soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1) | ||
| 16 | Remove the stop plug from the hydraulic lines (5) and connect the hydraulic lines (5) to the soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1) | To prevent contamination. "11" on left soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1), piston-side. "12" on left soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1), rod-side. "13" on right soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1), piston-side. "14" on right soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1), rod-side. |

| 17 | Move the retaining clamps (4) on the soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1) with a suitable tool | Otherwise the hydraulic lines (5) can be damaged. |

| 18 | Insert the rear bolts (2) into the soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1) with the spacer sleeves and install the pin lock (3) | ||
| 19 | Secure the hydraulic lines (5) to the soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1) with new cable ties | ||
| 20 | Attach the covers above the soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1) | ||
| 21 | Open the soft top until the opening for the front bolt (8) is accessible | ||
| 22 | Insert the front bolt (8) into the soft top mechanism hydraulic cylinder (1) with the corrugated washers and install the pin lock (7) | ||
