INSPECT Check     
1 Check gaps. Gap dimension, fender to bumper lamp unit AR60.00-P-0700-01RG
*BE60.00-P-1005-01EA 
    Gap dimension, lamp unit to bumper *BE60.00-P-1004-01EA 
    Gap dimension, engine hood to bumper *BE60.00-P-1001-01EA 
    SPECIAL TOOL Feeler gauge Fig 1
  Adjustment of gap dimension of lamp unit to bumper or hood to bumper     
2 Open hood.   AR88.40-P-1000RG 
3 Release screws (5, 6) until front bumper (1) can be moved.    
4 Close hood.    
5 Adjust gap dimension between front bumper (1) Gap dimension, engine hood to bumper *BE60.00-P-1001-01EA 
  and engine hood. SPECIAL TOOL Feeler gauge Fig 1
6 Adjust gap dimension between lamp unit and front bumper (1). Gap dimension, lamp unit to bumper *BE60.00-P-1004-01EA 
    SPECIAL TOOL Feeler gauge Fig 1
7 Open hood. IMPORTANT Helper required.  
8 Tighten screws (5, 6).    
9 Close hood.    
  Adjustment of gap dimension of fender to bumper lamp unit     
10 Release front section of fender liner in front fender until screws (2) are accessible. Model 190
with code M032 (Black Series version)

11 Loosen bolts (2).    
12 Adjust gap dimension between fender and bumper lamp unit. Gap dimension, fender to bumper lamp unit *BE60.00-P-1005-01EA 
    SPECIAL TOOL Feeler gauge Fig 1
13 Tighten bolts (2).    
14 Install front section of fender liner in fender. Model 190
with code M032 (Black Series version)
