REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove fan shroud Engine 651 in model 900 with code HK4 (Rear air conditioning, reinforced)
Engine 651.955/956/957 in model 906 with code H08 (Roof-mounted air conditioning system, reinforced) except code XM0 (Facelift) except code XM5 (Facelift Latin America) Engine 651.955/956/957 in model 906 with code HK4 (Rear air conditioning, reinforced) except code XM0 (Facelift) except code XM5 (Facelift Latin America)		 AR20.40-D-6800WE

2 Remove poly-V belt   AR13.22-D-1202WE
3 Remove screw/bolt (2) with an assistant from the belt pulley with vibration damper (1) or remove the decoupled belt pulley with vibration damper (4) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Replace screw/bolts (2).  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw/bolt, decoupled belt pulley with vibration damper to crankshaft *BA03.30-N-1007-01S 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, belt pulley with vibration damper to crankshaft *BA03.30-N-1006-01S 
    SPECIAL TOOL Engine 651.955/956/957 in model 906 with code H08 (Roof-mounted air conditioning system, reinforced) except code MJ7 (ECO start/stop function) Counterholder Figure

4 Remove belt pulley/vibration damper (1) or belt pulley with vibration damper (4) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Note the position of the pilot bushing (3).  
5 Clean contact surface of belt pulley with vibration damper (1) or clean the decoupled belt pulley with vibration damper (4) Assembly cleaner *BR00.45-Z-1028-04A 
6 Check contact surface of belt pulley with vibration damper (1) or decoupled belt pulley with vibration damper (4) for damage If damaged
↓
Replace belt pulley with vibration damper (1) or decoupled belt pulley with vibration damper (4).		  
7 Install in the reverse order    
FLYWHEEL, DRIVE PLATE, VIBRATION DAMPER, STARTER RING GEAR
