Remove/Install Exhaust Gas RECIRCULATION Cooler - Ar14.20-D-7665WE

	Remove/install	-	-
1	Drain coolant	-	AR20.00-D-1140SD
2	Remove engine cover	-	AR01.10-D-2405WE
3	Remove vacuum reservoir (9)	Engine 651.955/957	AR07.09-D-0001WE
4	Unfasten hose clamp and detach coolant hose (2) from exhaust gas recirculation cooler (1)	Catch coolant with suitable container. : Check clamp for damage, replace if necessary.	-
5	Remove screw/bolt (4)	For engine 651.955/957 the bracket (8) for the vacuum reservoir (9) is also fastened at the same time by screw/bolt (4). For vehicles as of 1.9.10 with engine 651.956 the bracket (8) for the guide tube is also fastened at the same time with screw/bolt (4).	-

6	Remove screw/bolt (5)	Bolt, support to exhaust gas recirculation cooler	*BA14.20-N-1032-01H
7	Remove screw/bolts (6)	Tightening procedure for exhaust gas recirculation cooler For engine 651.955/957 the bracket (7) for the vacuum reservoir (9) is also fastened at the same time by the upper screw/bolts (6). Secure screw/bolts (6) and exhaust gas recirculation cooler (1) from falling down. : Observe tightening procedure.	AR14.20-S-7665-01SJ

8	Unfasten clamp and detach coolant hose (3) from exhaust gas recirculation cooler (1)	Catch coolant with suitable container. : Check clamp for damage, replace if necessary.	-
9	Remove exhaust gas recirculation cooler (1)	: Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket.	-
10	Install in the reverse order	-	-
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
11	Perform an engine test run and check engine in the area of the exhaust gas recirculation cooler (1) for leak tightness	-	-
