	Drain off
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

1	Unscrew cap from the expansion reservoir (1)	Turn cap on the expansion reservoir (1) counterclockwise by half a revolution, relieve overpressure, then unscrew cap from expansion reservoir (1).
2	Lift/jack up vehicle		AR00.60-D-1000H
3	Fasten drain hose to drain valve (2)	Cooler vacuum filling device	Fig 2
4	Open drain screw on drain valve (2) and drain coolant	Collect coolant in a suitable container. When disposing of coolant observe legal regulations and local waste water regulations.
5	Close exhaust valve on drain valve (2)	To do this, detach drain hose.
	Pour in
6	Pour in coolant and bleed cooling system		AR20.00-D-1142-04SD
