	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1	Remove cap from coolant expansion reservoir (1).	Turn cap at coolant expansion reservoir (1 by half a turn counterclockwise, release overpressure, then remove cap from coolant expansion reservoir (1).
2	Suction off coolant from coolant expansion reservoir (1).

3	Remove bracket (8) with AdBlue® filler neck from coolant expansion reservoir (1).
4	Remove coolant hoses (2, 3) at coolant expansion reservoir (1).
5	Remove coolant hose (4) at coolant expansion reservoir (1).	Engine 651
6	Remove screw (5).	Engine 651
7	Lift coolant expansion reservoir (1) and disconnect electrical connector (6) at coolant level indicator switch (S41).
8	Remove coolant expansion reservoir (1).
9	Turn coolant level indicator switch (S41) in direction of arrow and remove.	When replacing coolant expansion reservoir (1).
10	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
11	Check engine cooling system for leak tightness.		AR20.00-S-1010S
