3	Check status of tapered roller bearing of steering knuckle bearing	If necessary, install new tapered roller bearing: ↓ Disassemble and assembly joint housing

4	Check condition of drive shaft	Steering knuckle bearing must be adjusted with a zero clearance or new drive shaft. If necessary: ↓ Remove/install front axle drive shaft

5	Slide pilot bushing onto drive shaft race	It must be possible to slide the pilot bushing onto the race of the drive shaft without any play
