Replace centering sleeve - AR41.10-P-0200CW

MODEL 172, 204, 207, 212, 218 

Shown on front half of propeller shaft

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove propeller shaft Model 172 AR41.10-P-0050V
    Model 204, 207 AR41.10-P-0050CW 
    Model 212, 218 AR41.10-P-0050EW
2 Separate propeller shaft at the slide connection IMPORTANTInstallation:  Coat splined profile with Molykote grease and connect propeller shaft halves:  
    Connect sections of propeller shaft AR41.10-P-0050-05TX 
REFER TO CAPACITIES & SPECIFICATIONS Long-life grease (NLGI grade 2) Sheet 266.2 BB00.40-P-0266-02A
INSPECT Checking     
3 Check centering sleeve (10) in front and rear half of propeller shaft IMPORTANT If the sealing lip in the centering sleeve (10) is worn or damaged, the centering sleeve (10) must be replaced:

    Remove centering sleeve (10) AR41.10-P-0200-02TX 
    Press in centering sleeve (10)
(in the case of model 172)		 AR41.10-P-0200-03W
    Press-in distance *BE41.10-P-1001-02M 
    Press in centering sleeve (10) (with model 204, 207, 212, 218) AR41.10-P-0200-03TX 
    Press-in distance *BE41.10-P-1001-02M 
4 Fill cavities of both centering sleeves (10) with grease    
REFER TO CAPACITIES & SPECIFICATIONS Multipurpose grease (NLGI Class 2) Sheet 267.0 BB00.40-P-0267-00A
5 Install in the reverse order
