| 2 | Remove roller sun blind of panoramic sliding sunroof | AR77.21-P-0215EC | |
| 3 | Remove panoramic sliding roof motor | AR77.21-P-6995EW | |
| 4 | Unscrew bolts (8) on left or right guide rail with lid carrier (2) and remove guide rail with lid carrier (2) | ||
| 5 | Loosen screw (7) on left or right guide rail (4) | Screw (7) remains in the body for better handling of the guide rail (4). | |
| 6 | Remove screws (3, 5) on left or right guide rail (4) and lower guide rail (4) | Carefully lower guide rails (4) until the drive cable (1) can be pulled out. | |
| 7 | Slide drive cable (1) on the left or right side of vehicle backwards until it can be pulled out from the respective guide rail (4) | Installation: Slide drive cable (1) toward front against stop. | |
| 8 | Pull drive cable (1) out of left or right guide rail (4) together with rear slider (9) and front slider (10). | Remove rear slider (9) and front slider (10) in direction of arrow from drive cable (1) as soon as it is exposed from the guide rail (4). Installation: Position rear slider (9) and front slider (10) on the mounts on the drive cable (1). |
