Adjust play, newly included

Step 13

	Remove/install
1	Remove front door crank window	Do not remove window out of the front door, instead secure in the uppermost position using an assembly wedge to prevent from falling down.	AR72.10-P-1900T

2	Remove door foil from front door	Only remove door foil until the access opening in the inner door panel is accessible.	AR72.10-P-1010T
3	Drill out pop rivets (2) or cut off	Remove rivet residue and chips from door, otherwise there is a risk of rusting.
4	Set aside window running rail (3) in door
5	Remove clips (4)
6	Disconnect electrical connectors at the multipoint connector (5)	Number of electrical connectors depends on equipment.
7	Unclip multipoint connector (5)
8	Disconnect electrical connector (6) from left front door control unit (N69/1) or right front door control unit (N69/2)
9	Remove front door lock cylinder		AR72.10-P-4015T
10	Remove bolts (7, 8)	Installation: First tighten bolts (8).	*BA72.10-P-1007-01AB
11	Remove door lock (1) from front door
12	Install in the reverse order
	Adjust
13	Adjust clearance		AR72.10-P-4011-02P
			*BA72.10-P-1011-01AB
