Remove/install door foil on front door - AR72.10-P-1010T

	Removal
1	Remove front door lining		AR72.10-P-1000T
2	Disconnect electrical connector (2) from front speaker
3	Disconnect all electrical connector from left front door control unit (N69/1) and right front door control unit (N69/2)
4	Separate electrical connectors of multipoint connector (4)
5	Detach butyl cord (5) from inner door panel (3) with suitable tool or cut	Avoid damaging paint on inner door panel (3), risk of corrosion. The door foil (1) can also be detached partially, in order to reach components underneath.
6	Guide Bowden cable and electrical lines out through door foil (1) and remove door foil (1)
	Install
7	Check door foil (1) and replace if damaged	When replacing door foil (1) remove butyl cord (5) residues from inner door panel (3) and clean bonding surfaces. Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
8	Check butyl cord (5) and replace if damaged	If butyl cord is partially damaged (5) replace only damaged section of butyl cord (5). Route new butyl cord (5) parallel to damaged butyl cord (5) on door foil (1). Remove butyl cord (5) residues from inner door panel (3) and clean gluing areas Sealing cord	*BR00.45-Z-1086-01A
		Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
9	Guide Bowden cable and electrical lines through corresponding cutouts in door foil (1).	When replacing door foil (1) separate at perforations.
10	Place door foil (1) on the inner door panel (3) and roll on	Ensure that the door foil (1) is exactly matched up on the inner door panel (3). Do not conceal holes in inner door panel (3) for mounting clips on door lining.	Fig 3
11	Connect electrical connector (2) to front speaker.
12	Connect electrical connectors to left front door control unit (N69/1) and right front door control unit (N69/2)
13	Connect electrical connectors of multipoint connector (4)
14	Install door lining in front door		AR72.10-P-1000T
