	Risk of injury caused by fingers being pinched or crushed when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, tailgates or sliding roof.	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of lifting platform and position four support plates at lifting platform support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 1	Disconnect ground line from battery	When draining the coolant at the right drain plug (4) on the crankcase

3	Open cap on coolant expansion reservoir	Unscrew cap slowly and release excess pressure, then screw down cap.
4	Remove engine compartment paneling	Model 164	AR61.20-P-1105GZ

	Drain coolant from radiator
5	Slide collector siphon hose onto fitting (2) at radiator	The fitting (2) is located at the bottom left of the radiator.
6	Loosen siphon hose (1) at radiator and drain coolant.	Catch coolant with suitable vessel. Observe regulations for disposal of coolant.
	Drain coolant at crankcase
7	Remove fender liner on the right and left	Model 164	AR88.10-P-1300GZ

8	Loosen crankcase drain plug on the left (3) and crankcase drain plug on the right (4)	Only loosen drain screws until these can be turned by hand.
9	Push drain hose onto crankcase drain screws
10	Continue to loosen crankcase drain screws by hand and drain of coolant	Catch coolant with suitable vessel. Observe regulations for disposal of coolant.
	Filling
11	Tighten drain plug (1) at radiator and detach siphon hose from fitting (2)	After the coolant is drained at the radiator
12	Detach drain hose from crankcase drain screws	After the coolant is drained at the radiator
