	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 2	Open cap of coolant expansion reservoir (1)	Turn the cap slowly and release the excess pressure, then unscrew the cap.
3	Check coolant level and antifreeze content coolant.	If the antifreeze share of the coolant is too small, either antifreeze must be added or the coolant must be replaced: ↓

6	Discharge cooling system with test pressure	To prevent damage to the cooling system, do not exceed the stated test pressure

7	Check hose clamps for condition and seating	Retighten or replace hose clamp as required.

9	Unscrew test cap (2) at coolant expansion reservoir (1).	Slowly unscrew test cap (2) and reduce the excess pressure.
10	Remove pressure pump (3) at test cap (2)
11	Screw on the cap of the coolant expansion reservoir (1)
