	Remove/install
	Note on function reliability of windowbag		AH91.60-P-0693-01A
1.1	Completely open tilting/sliding roof	Only on vehicles with code (414) Electric glass tilting/sliding roof.
2	Completely move driver and passenger seat toward front
3	Remove A-pillar paneling at top left		AR68.30-P-4050T
4	Remove left front handle from roof		AR68.30-P-4330T
5	Completely remove edge guard (6) from left front door cutout.
6	Completely remove edge guard (5) from left rear door cutout
7	Loosen paneling from left B-pillar	Do not remove belt end fitting.	AR68.30-P-4700T
8	Remove left rear grab handle from roof		AR68.30-P-4330T
9	Unscrew bolt (2) and remove left front safety net bracket (3) together with frame (4)		*BA68.50-P-1002-04A
10	Unscrew bolt (2) and remove left or right rear safety net bracket (3) together with frame (4)		*BA68.50-P-1002-04A
11	Remove paneling from left D-pillar.		AR68.30-P-4495T
12	Remove left side paneling in rear		AR68.30-P-4780T
13	Remove right rear grab handle from roof.		AR68.30-P-4330T
14	Completely remove edge guard (6) from right front door cutout.
15	Completely remove edge guard (5) from right rear door cutout.
16	Loosen paneling from right B-pillar.	Do not remove belt end fitting.	AR68.30-P-4700T
17	Remove A-pillar paneling at top right		AR68.30-P-4050T
18	Remove right front handle from roof.		AR68.30-P-4330T
19	Unscrew bolt (2) and remove right front safety net bracket (3) together with frame (4)		*BA68.50-P-1002-04A
20	Remove paneling on right D-pillar		AR68.30-P-4495T
21	Remove rear dome lamp		AR82.20-P-0113T
22	Remove left and right sun visor (7).
23	Remove sun visor bracket (8) from left and right sun visor (7).
24	Remove overhead control panel control unit		AR82.20-P-1000T
25	Unscrew screws (9) and remove inside rearview mirror carrier (10).
26.1	Remove front apex seal (11) from tilting/sliding roof	Only on vehicles with code (414) Electric glass tilting/sliding roof.
27	Expose electrical lines (12)	Number of electrical lines (12) depending on vehicle equipment. The electrical lines (12) are routed along the left C-pillar to the headliner (1).
28	Disconnect electrical connectors from electrical lines (12)	Number of electrical connectors according to vehicle equipment.
29.1	Expose electrical connector on speaker wiring harness (13) on left D-pillar and disconnect electrical connector on speaker wiring harness (13).	Only on vehicles with code (810) Sound system.
30	Pull headliner (1) down on both dies in area between C and D-pillar and loosen from Velcro strips (17).	Pull down headliner (1) carefully. Otherwise the headliner (1) can be damaged
31	Slide headliner (1) toward front until retaining hooks (14) release	Support headliner (1) in rear area with aid of helper. Danger of breaking retaining hooks (14) when they are not completely moved out of the mounts (15) in the roof frame (16). Installation:  Ensure that retaining hooks (14) are seated correctly in mounts (15) in roof frame (16).
32	Remove headliner (1) from vehicle toward rear and lay down on clean subsurface.	Aid of helper required.
33.1	Prepare roof paneling (1) for installation	When replacing roof paneling (1).	AR68.30-P-4305T
34	Install in the reverse order
