SWZ 171 589 00 34 00 replaced with SWZ 140 589 00 63 00 and SWZ 230 589 00 33 00 added

Operation step 6

	Remove/install
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
	When working on the front-end assembly, be careful not to scratch, mark or notch the surfaces of aluminum parts. Otherwise the service life of the parts will be affected
	Notes on Active Body Control suspension		AH32.50-P-0001-01N
	Only tighten nuts and bolts of chassis components when vehicle is in a ready-to-drive condition.
1	Remove front wheel
	Remove/install wheels		AP40.10-P-4050SX
2	Remove engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105SX
3	Loosen nut (17c)	Do not twist bolt (17a). Always counterhold the bolt (17a) when slackening the nut (17c), otherwise the lock tabs for camber adjustment in the rubber mount (17d) will be sheared off. Installation:  Screw nut (17c) of bolt (17a) all the way on until it abuts, but do not tighten yet so that the rubber mount (17d) can twist when the vehicle is rocked to settle the suspension. Do not tighten nut (17c) until in ready-to-drive condition.

5	Remove nut (40a) from spring control arm (17)		*BA32.25-P-1007-04L
6	Press suspension strut (40) out of spring control arm (17) using puller and thrust piece	Model 221 with nut (40a) M14	Fig 3

7	Detach spring control arm (17) from steering knuckle (5)		AR33.15-P-0170-01SX

9	Remove spring control arm (17) downwards
	Checking
10	Check rubber mount (17d) in spring control arm (17) for damage	Replace rubber bushing (17d), if necessary: ↓
		Extract/press in rubber mount on spring control arm.	AR33.15-P-0170-02SX
