Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 10 | Remove boost pressure control pressure transducer (Y31/5) | ||
| 11 | Remove vacuum reservoir (A) | ||
| 12 | Detach right front wheel well ground (W3/1) | ||
| 13 | Disconnect air conditioning connector (X53/1) | ||
| 14 | Remove refrigerant line (1) and receiver/drier (2) from wheel well panel (3) | ||
| 15 | Remove refrigerant hose (6) from coolant circulation pump (M13) | ||
| 16 | Detach adapter (7) from coolant pipe (8) and push towards the front | ||
| 17 | Disconnect electrical connector and hose connections from charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) | ||
| 18 | Disconnect right front brake pad contact sensor connector (X88/13) | ||
| 19 | Disconnect right front ABS RPM sensor connector (X62/27) | ||
| 20 | Disconnect electrical connector from horn 2 (H2/1) | ||
| 21 | Loosen mount for wiring harness (4) and hose line (5) from wheel well paneling (3) | ||
| 22 | Remove wiring harness (4) and hose line (5) through wheel well paneling (3) toward rear | ||
| 23 | Remove crossbar (10) | ||
| 24 | Unscrew nuts (11) | ||
| 25 | Remove bolt (12) for mount on wheel well paneling (3) from frame | *BA60.80-P-1002-01A | |
| 26 | Remove cover panel (14) | ||
| 27 | Remove bolt (15) | ||
| 28 | Remove additional fan frame | ||
| 29 | Separate other connections on wheel well paneling (3) from engine, firewall and front end | ||
| 30 | Remove wheel well paneling (3) | ||
| 31 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 32 | Perform function check on all removed units |
