Remove/install engine hood catch - AR88.40-P-3200GR

	Remove/install
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts	All models	AH00.00-N-0001-01A
1	Remove front grille	MODEL 461	AR88.00-P-2115GL
		MODEL 463 Installation:  Install front grille only after engine hood locking mechanism has been adjusted and tested successfully.	AR88.00-P-2115GM
2	Remove screws (1) at upper radiator cross member (2)		*BA83.30-P-1014-01C
3	Slightly lift upper radiator cross member (2)	For better accessibility of nuts on bottom side.
4	Remove ground line from upper radiator cross member (2)
5	Remove upper radiator cross member (2).	Unclip retaining clips from operating cable (5).
6	Detach control cable (5) at hood catch (4)	Slacken adjusting screw (6) and pull out control cable (5). Installation:  Adjust screw-on nipple (7) at operating cable (5) so that "idle travel" when opening the engine hood is as short as possible.
7	Loosen screws (3) and remove engine hood catch (4).	Installation:  If necessary reinstall washers installed.

8	Install in the reverse order
