1	Remove trunk floor covering from trunk.
2	Remove spare tire cover or spare tire well trim panel from trunk	Depending on vehicle configuration.

6	Reduce increased voltage after charging process	On a battery that is disconnected from the onboard electrical system and with the message "Surface voltage" in the display of the Midtronics battery tester. 8	Install spare tire cover or spare tire well paneling in luggage compartment	Depending on vehicle configuration.
9	Place luggage compartment floor cover in luggage compartment and close luggage compartment
