Remove/install rear section of Vario roof - AR77.50-P-3200G

	Remove
1	Remove C-pillar paneling from Vario roof		AR68.30-P-4500G
2	Move to assembly position with roof switch	Leave ignition switched on. DAS The Vario roof remains in this position for 7 minutes after the roof switch is released (Stop function). When the roof switch is actuated again, this position can be adjusted for 7 minutes.
3	Remove paneling (2) from rear of Vario roof at bottom
4	Disconnect connector (3) for heated rear window
5	Unclip ground cable (4) from rear Vario roof at bottom
6	Remove electrical lines and hydraulic lines from rear of Vario roof together with retaining clamps.	Do not separate lines from brackets
7	Mark position of bracket (5) when reusing same roof.
8	Unscrew bolts (6) from bracket (5)
9	Close Vario roof, do not lock front lock
10	Secure rear Vario roof against slipping in relation to front Vario roof with strips of adhesive tape
11	Unscrew bolts (6) from upper bracket (5) and remove rear Vario roof	Do not mix up any spacers (10) present
	Install
	When replacing rear Vario roof, install rear window before installation.		AR67.20-P-3000G
12	Install rear Vario roof, Position bolts (5), slide in spacers (7), align rear Vario roof in relation to front Vario roof and tighten bolts (5).	Do not pinch ground cable (4), electrical lines and hydraulic lines	*BA77.33-P-1008-01A
13	Clip ground cable (4) on bottom rear of Vario roof and install connector (3) on heated rear window
14	Install paneling (2) on bottom rear of Vario roof
15	Install electrical lines and hydraulic lines on rear Vario roof
16	Carefully close Vario roof with roof switch and lock completely
17	Check gap between front Vario roof and rear Vario roof with feeler gage, correct front Vario roof is necessary	Unlock front lock to correct.	AR60.00-P-0700-01G
		Dimensions	*BE60.00-P-1006-01A
18	Install seal on rear of Vario roof		AR77.50-P-4100G
19	Check Vario roof contour	Correct height offset between front of Vario roof and rear of Vario roof with spacers (10) below bracket (8)	AR77.50-P-3040G
20	Install C-pillar paneling on Vario roof		AR68.30-P-4500G
21	Perform rain test

Test and adjustment values, gap dimensions at hoods, doors and covers
