Retrofitting folding seat with seat belts - AN91.22-P-1000FA

REMOVING Removing     
1 Remove spare wheel cover and spare wheel    
2 Remove lining in right of storage compartment    
3 Remove floor covering in rear passenger compartment   AR68.20-P-4800B
4 Remove rear head restraints    
5 Remove covering at rear entrance    
6 Remove paneling on C-pillar   AR68.30-P-4490FA
7 Remove side paneling in rear IMPORTANT is replaced. AR68.30-P-4780B
8 Remove bass loudspeakers IMPORTANT only in special equipment Code 810. AR82.62-P-7839EC
9 Remove insulation at rear side section    
10 Remove paneling on rear roof frame   AR68.30-P-4470A
11 Remove liner on tailgate   AR68.30-P-1050B
INSTALLING Installing     
12.1 Stamp opening in trim of rear roof frame Model 210.2 except code 290 windowbag. AN68.30-P-4470-01FA
12.2 Make opening in trim of rear roof frame Model 210.2 with code 290 windowbag. AN68.30-P-4470-02FA
REFER TO SHOP-MADE TOOLS Saw template for seat-belt guide bracket opening in roof frame's trim Model 210.2. WF58.50-P-6830-01FA
    Drill (electric/pneumatic) *WE58.40-Z-1001-03A 
    Body saw (electric/pneumatic). *WE58.40-Z-1004-03A 
13 Mount seat-belt guide bracket Model 210.2 with code 290 windowbag.  
    IMPORTANT Refer to ↓  
    Retrofit seatbelts for folding bench. AN91.40-P-0690-01FA 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw on rear seat-belt guide bracket. *BA91.40-P-1005-01A 
14 Install paneling on rear roof frame   AR68.30-P-4470A
15 Insert covering on belt feed through into roof frame lining Model 210.2 with code 290 windowbag.  
16 Retrofit seatbelts for folding bench   AN91.40-P-0690-01FA 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw on seat-belt end fitting. *BA91.40-P-1001-01A 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw on rear seat-belt guide bracket. *BA91.40-P-1005-01A 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw at rear belt retractor. *BA91.40-P-1006-01A 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw on rear buckle. *BA91.40-P-1007-01A 
17 Install loading floor at front    
18 Retrofit center floor covering with backrest padding   AN68.20-P-4800-01FA
19 Retrofit rear floor covering with seat cushion   AN68.20-P-4800-02FA
20 Install storage compartment power socket (lockable) in the left-hand side panel    
21 Retrofit closing loop on tailgate   AN68.30-P-1050-01FA
22 Install in the reverse order IMPORTANT Positions 11, 9-4, 2, 1.  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Seatbelts/emergency tensioning retractors
